After eliminating absolute poverty in 2020, China's poverty alleviation efforts are now shifting towards addressing relative poverty. The emergence of new industries, such as artificial intelligence and new technologies, has facilitated the enhancement of new quality productive forces, offering unprecedented opportunities and favorable conditions for effectively eliminating relative poverty in rural areas. Using panel data from China's provinces spanning from 2012 to 2022, fixed effects models and intermediate effects models are constructed to analyze the inherent relationship between new quality productive forces, advanced industrial structure, and relative rural poverty. The findings indicate that the improvement of new quality productive forces directly contributes to alleviating relative poverty in rural areas;Furthermore, the new quality productive forces have a significant effect on alleviating relative poverty in rural areas in both central and western regions, however the effect is more pronounced in the western region than in the central region.Conversely, there was no significant impact observed in the eastern region.Additionally, it was found that advanced industrial structure plays a mediating role by effectively mitigating relative poverty in rural areas with a mediation effect of 21.26%.

The Promotion of digital village construction is an inevitable requirement and a major strategic task for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy at the new development stage. At present, policy support and resource intervention driven by administrative forces have continued to promote the deep integration of digital technology and rural governance. However, due to the significant digital divide between urban and rural areas, the lack of digital supervision in rural areas, and insufficient digital literacy of multiple governance subjects, accompanied by the issues of "information silos" caused by the insufficient information sharing services, and the constraints from "one-way governance" generated by the pressure-type system directly impacting the grass-roots level, there is still room for improvement and enhancement of the ways and effectiveness of digital rural governance. New quality productive forces constitute an advanced productive force system that leads to improved total factor productivity by scientific and technological innovation, which can promote the bridging of the urban-rural digital divide and the construction of talent echelon, and optimize the mechanism of digital supervision and democratic decision-making through multiple pathways. Based on the practice of rural governance, it is imperative to establish a digital rural governance community under the framework of "Digital Talents - Digital Technology - Digital Platform", with new quality productive forces serving as the core driving force and the pursuit of comprehensive improvement of governance efficiency as the fundamental value. This will effectively reconstruct the "two-way track" of rural governance, thereby facilitating the realization of digital transformation along the path towards informatization, intelligence and efficiency in rural governance.

New quality productive forces, as a "new"type of productivity, which are brought forth by revolutionary technological breakthroughs, innovative allocation of production factors, and in-depth transformation and upgrading of industrial sectors, nowadays are becoming a strong driving and supporting force for high-quality development. However, challenges such as the lack of core technologies, inadequate digital infrastructure and corresponding services, a shortage of innovative talents, along with gap between supply and demand and inadequate support from modern industrial systems, are jointly restricting the empowerment of these new quality productive forces. To maximize the empowering impact of new productive forces, efforts should be made in the following four dimensions: first, relentlessly promoting high-level scientific and technological innovation to strengthen the driving forcefor the development of new quality productive forces; second, enhancing the construction of digital infrastructure to improve the conditions for new quality productive forces; third, innovating talent trainning models to better support quality productive forces; and fourth, accelerating the construction of a modern industrial system to consolidate the main battlefield for the development of new quality productive forces.

E-commerce has emerged as an crucial driver for realizing digital economy and rural revitalization, thus warranting an in-depth exploration of its impact and improvement pathways on rural revitalization. By examining 31 provincial governments in China as a research sample, this study explores the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method (fsQCA)to investigate the impact of e-commerce on rural revitalization. The findings indicate that while all conditional variables of e-commerce are not essential to achieve high level of rural revitalization, their combined configuration plays a pivotal role in enhancing rural development. Specifically, four promotion paths for e-commerce to improve high levels of rural revitalization are identified: "organization promotion", "environmental promotion", "technology-organization-environment promotion" and "technology-environment promotion". Accordingly, it is imperative for each region to devise an e-commerce promotion strategy tailored to its unique development context, local conditions, advantages and resource endowments. This approach will continuously strengthen the coordination between infrastructure, human resources, development scale, government support and market environment.

As the implementation of strategic layout is mostly top-down, it is up to primary-level governance institutions to carry out the original goal. The traditional primary-level governance model has evolved in response to specialized social divisions, with a shift towards prioritizing sefficiency rather than public service. In pursuit of greater efficiency, primary-level governance institutions employ a substantial proportion of third parties, heightening the risk that primary-level governance activities detach from the public. Consequently, it is necessary to develop appropriate constraint mechanisms for oversight and accountability within these organizations, as well as demand them to publicly justify and explain the use of the third parties, in order to limit their influence. Ultimately, policies and economic support directed towards rural areas may actually benefit local populations and revitalize the regions in the future.

Village planning is the fundamental task in implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and should be tailored to the development status, geographical location, and natural conditions of the countryside. It aims to promote rural progress according to local circumstances.Following a specialized investigation and research on the performance evaluation of rural revitalization in 90 villages in Jinjiang City in 2022, the research group conducted an assessment of village development levels and classified them into five types using systematic cluster analysis: characteristic industry leadership, characteristic village shaping, ecological leisure protection, urban integration development and infrastructure renovation. Optimization strategies have been proposed for different types of villages to address their developmental challenges: (1) For characteristic industry-oriented villages: strengthen characteristic industries, establish and improve comprehensive guidance services throughout the entire chain, and provide comprehensive systematic training. (2) For characteristic village shaping: delve deep into rural culture connotations, protect and preserve distinctive cultures, and promote integration of tourism and culture industries. (3) For ecological leisure protection villages: implement strict ecological protection policies; cautiously develop mountain resources; create a model for sustainable development integrating ecology with leisure and innovation. (4) For urban inclusive development villages: promote regional coordinated development, optimize resource allocation, enhance the rural-urban fringe environment and strengthen community governance. (5) For infrastructure renovation type villages: complement strong village developments in surrounding areas; attract external capital to optimize population structure, and focus on improving living environment as well as ecological surroundings. The categorized developmental strategy based on village development levels offers specific references and directions for implementing an integrated urban development strategy.

The scientific assessment of digital agriculture policies in Jilin Province can help improve its competitiveness in the realm of digital agriculture and promote the digital transformation of agriculture in both Jilin and China. By integrating policy text content mining with PMC index model,a quantitative evaluation index system for digital agriculture policies in Jilin Province is established to facilitate comparison with other provinces and cities. The findings show that among the five selected policies, four are deemed good, one qualified, and none are considered bad.The mean value of PMC index is 6.66, which shows that the overall quality of the policies is satisfactory, however, common issues such as uneven policy timeliness, inadequate comprehensive policy safeguards, limited coverage and general description of policy content, as well as insufficient involvement from social organizations and financial institutions persist. In light of these conclusions, corresponding optimization suggestions are proposed.

The construction of regional brand symbols for agricultural products holds significant importance to agricultural development, with a particularly close correlation with emotional attitudes of audiences. By using Nvivo12 software for time series word frequency analysis, a theoretical analysis model was constructed to explore the relationship between regional agricultural product brand symbols and audience emotional attitudes, and empirical research was conducted through five cases of distinctive regional agricultural product brands. The results show that the four dimensions -brand symbol transmission, psychological dependence, message display, and empathetic communication closely link agricultural product brand symbols with audience emotional attitudes, fostering a balanced interdependent relationship, which in turn generates product effects, market effects, and brand effects, and stimulates audience feedback. This research truly enriches the connotation of regional brand symbols for agricultural product, provides guidance for the creation of brand symbols, promotes the emotional identification of the audience towards brand symbols.

The integrated development of family farms and cooperatives represents a crucial approach to enhancing the agricultural production and management system. Based on the symbiosis theory, this paper analyzes the income-enhancing effect and mechanism of family farms participating in cooperatives. Thefindings indicate that, firstly, joining cooperatives can significantly increase the operating income of family farms, and foster a symbiotic relationship between them ; secondly, the impact of joining cooperatives on the operating income of family farms varies, with a more significant increase in income observed for family farms with larger land management scale, planting-based operations and lower education level of farmers; thirdly, cooperatives primarily impact family farm income by providing credit guarantees, social services, and establishing equity contracts to construct financing constraint mechanisms, service linkage mechanisms, and interest linkage mechanisms for family farm operations. Fourthly, in the context of integrated development of family farms and cooperatives, the reciprocal symbiotic relationship has a more significant impact on the income increase effect of family farms. This study provides theoretical guidance and empirical evidence for promoting the integrated development between family farms and cooperatives and improving the agricultural production and management system.

The study of farmers' willingness to withdraw from homesteads and its influencing factors is of great significance for tailoring homestead withdrawal policies to local conditions and providing rational guidance of farmers to withdraw from homesteads orderly and voluntarily. Based on 1191 sample data in Jiangsu Province, this paper utilizes a Logit model and multiple intermediary model to empirically examines the direct and indirect effects of farm household differentiation on the willingness to withdraw from homesteads. The findings indicate that: farm household differentiation (occupational differentiation, economic differentiation) significantly promotes the willingness to withdraw from the homestead;furthermore, farm household homestead value cognition has a significant impact on withdrawal enthusiasm; additionally, within farm household differentiation (occupational differentiation, economic differentiation),farm household homestead value cognition plays a bridging role between the indirect effects, accounting for 22.90% and 21.94% of the total effect respectively. Based on the results, efforts should be made to improve farmers' non-farming employment ability and expand non-farming employment opportunities; establish a differentiated homestead mechanism for homestead exit according to farmers' level of economic differentiation; and strengthen the publicity surrounding the policy for withdrawing from homesteads to lead farmers to guide farmer behavior effectively.
